Showcase

From 1st Semester to Final Master’s Project

Watch these students advance their skills

This compilation takes you through each stage of learning, beginning with general news reporting in the first semester, to current affairs documentaries in the second semester, to full-length documentary projects in the second year of journalism school, and ending with a look at a Master’s documentary project. Broadcast is only one aspect of learning in our multi-media approach. Students graduate fully prepared to take on any journalism setting, including online and print news, radio news and documentary, magazine writing, investigative journalism and photojournalism. As well, they gain a solid grounding in journalism issues and advancements, allowing them to become newsroom leaders.
