Darrell earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Regina sometime in the 1970s, missed the submission deadline and officially convocated in 1980. He went on to work at the Regina Leader-Post for decades, has authored or co-authored six sports books, is a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and is currently a “Wise Guy” on CJME/CKOM’s Green Zone.

Jeanelle Mandes

Jeanelle earned her bachelor of arts in journalism here in 2015 and then her master’s in 2017. She also holds a BA in Indigenous Studies from First Nations University of Canada and has impressive communications and journalism experience as well. She is the former editor of Eagle Feather News, where she did everything from writing, assigning and editing news stories and photos to selling advertising.
